11 More Cases Of COVID-19

For the second day in a row, the Northwestern Health Unit is reporting 11 new cases of COVID-19.

Once again the Sioux Lookout Health Hub adds 10 of the 11 positive results, while the Kenora Hub records one new case.

*Update* According to the health unit’s website there are now 78 active cases in the region.

As for the Thunder Bay District, health officials report five new and 37 active cases.

Thunder Bay’s health unit also says seven people with the virus are infected with a Variant of Concern.

Ontario reports 2,864 new cases and 25 more COVID related deaths.
