It’s the first snow day of the year.
The Northwestern Ontario Student Service Consortium says all school buses in the Kenora, Sioux Narrows, Dryden, Vermilion Bay, Red Lake, Ear Falls and Sioux Lookout areas are cancelled today.
Bus are still running in Pickle Lake, Ignace and Upsala areas.
Schools will remain open for students who walk or can find other forms of transportation to school.
The City of Kenora says it’s transit system is not operating this morning due to all the snow, but buses will be running once the roads have been cleared.
