165 Years of Forestry Experience Coming Together

Two of Canada’s leading forestry associations are coming together.
The Ontario Forest Industries and the Canadian Lumberman’s Association’s have merged.
President Jamie Lim says they will have a stronger voice at the table as a result.
Lim says the first priority is making sure we overcome the challenges facing the forest sector.
She adds one issue they are looking at is how can we better brand Ontario forest products and make the industry more competitive.
Lim notes the Association will provide members with the services they need to be competitive and to expand their markets.
