An extremely popular summer event is starting up soon in Sioux Lookout.
The first day of the 37th Annual Sioux Lookout Blueberry Festival is tomorrow and the celebration will run until August 11th.
Event Coordinator Hannah Willms says the classic opening ceremony will open the event and there will be a farmers market to start the day.
The opening day tomorrow will also close with a steak dinner at the Legion.
Willms also says many people from near and far come to check out the event which is great to see.
Another Event Coordinator, Maddie Mesich says it is amazing to see the community put so much work towards making such a great event happen every year.
