Provincial Police in Rainy River have arrested a 65-year-old man following an incident in Morley Township.
OPP were called on August 24th to look into an accusation of threats involving the use of a firearm.
Following an investigation and evidence gained by a warrant, Police say Clayton Penner has been charged with possession of a weapon for a dangerous purpose, uttering threats to cause death or bodily harm and unauthorized possession of a firearm.
