17th Annual Business Excellence Awards

It all comes down to the community and their voice for Dryden’s 17th Annual Business Excellence Awards.
District Chamber of Commerce, Secretary Manager, Gwen Kurz says the nomination process is the most important part.
Kurz gives CKDR some advice on voting.
“Whatever you do just think about who are you dealing with as an individual, or a business out there in the business community who you think is doing an excellent job.”
There are 12 categories and this year there is a brand new one called the Young Business Leader Award.
“It is an opportunity for individuals under the age of forty, who are either an owner, manager, or an employee of a local business to be recognized for their exceptional work”, says Kurz.
The Chamber also has changed last year’s Not-For-Profit-Excellence Award into this years Community Spirit Award.
The voting goes until March 20th and the winners will be awarded at the Awards Gala on April 26th taking place at the Best Western.
