$18,000 for KDSB Rent Bank

The Provincial Government has provided over $18,000 to the Kenora District Services Board’s “Rent Bank”.
The program is for low income families in the region that have fallen behind on their rent and face eviction.
Ontario Works Director Dianne Apland says they’ve seen an increase in use over the last year.
