Sunset Country has an abundance of lakes and beaches!
Thank goodness because a couple of days this week have been scorchers.
If you saw some pale but bright thing bobbing around in the water of Thunder Lake on Tuesday and wondered and worried that it could possibly be an alien lifeform that had crashed into the Dryden area body of water…..stop worrying.
It was me.
Reeeee-freshed!!! But still untanned.
It’s my go to lake in the area! So keep that fact in mind if you end up going to Thunder Lake or Johnson Beach on Thunder this summer. You might just see a ‘light’ shining on the lake. Do not go towards the light!! It becomes more intense the closer you get. 😉
You have been warned – so be prepared. Bring your sunglasses.
