2009 Dryden Parade Winners

It was a truly “Merry Movie Christmas” in Dryden on December 5th.
The Annual Christmas Parade is being deemed a huge success, with some 30-floats participating.
The Organization has released a list of the winning floats in this year’s parade.
President Dave Lyle says it was a difficult decision, with 30-great floats submitted, but notes they could only give out 6-awards.
The Community of Wabigoon, Northwestern Auto Sales, Wilson’s Business Solutions, the Dryden Regional Health Centre, St. Joseph’s School and the 4-H Kickin’ Kowgirls picked up honours.
Lyle says the Kinsman Club is now looking ahead and is excited about the possibility of organizing the 2010 Centennial Christmas Parade.
