Students in the region will be going back to class in the next school year after Labour Day.
All area school boards have approved the 2022-2023 school calendar.
The school year for students will begin on September 6 and end on June 30.
The other option was starting August 31 and wrapping up June 27.
The five school boards conducted a survey and a total of 3,392 responses were received.
The calendar received 53.42% support.
