A man is in Winnipeg hospital in serious condition after he was struck by a vehicle on a rural road northeast of Thunder Bay.
Provincial Police say the incident occurred in an area off of Highway 102 Wednesday afternoon around 2:15.
Police say 63-year-old Douglas Witol of Thunder Bay now faces one charge of Attempt to Commit Murder.
Witol made his first court appearance Thursday.
