Mother Nature has thrown a monkey wrench into plans to reopen the Duke Street Overpass.
Because of the overnight rain and poor conditions, the scheduled paving has been delayed.
The overpass will be closed until 11:30pm Tuesday and again Wednesday from 7:00am until 6:00pm.
Motorists can expect congestion and delays on the alternate routes.
