Making The Season Brighter In Eagle River

The residents of Eagle River have combined efforts to add some festive Christmas spirit and smiles to area faces.

Erik, Ryan and Tony Jaeger cut down four trees from the Stuart Calvert property (with permission from its owners) and anchored them at the little park in Eagle River.
People in the community came and decorated the trees at will and voluntarily.
The ‘Welcome to Eagle River’ sign was decorated by Warren and Barb Harrison, Carmene Hampe and Connie Calvert. It is decorated seasonally by volunteers and community members.
This year, boughs were added by another Secret Elf.
A snowman was built by Sandie Knecht, Bonita Ysen, Bentley, Audrey and London. Bonita added a corn cob pipe, carrot nose and two eyes made out of coal.
Way to go Eagle River residents! Thank you and Merry Christmas.
