You should have received your War Amps key tag in the mail by now.
All you have to do is attach your key tag to your key ring, so if you lose your keys, they can be returned to you at no charge.
It’s a free service but donations are welcome in order to fund programs and services for adult and child amputees across the province.
Public Awareness Officer James Jordan says the theme for this years campaign is “You Are a Part of What We Do.”
“It really is because of the generosity of Canadians that we’re able to raise the funds that we do, the donations through our key tag service, and in turn are able to provide support back to amputees across the country, which is really imperative in their lives.”
The Warm Amps don’t receive any government grants.
This is the 75th Anniversary of the campaign and so far 1.5 million sets of keys have been returned to Canadians.
