Northwestern Ontario is getting more help in the battle against raging forest fires.
Newfoundland and Labrador is sending eight personnel to the region.
They will join other personnel from Atlantic Canada.
Two waterbombers also on loan from Newfoundland will remain in the region until next week.
Roughly 20 firefighters from Australia are also joining the local fight.
