It comes from the Kenora area.
Officials are reporting six active cases.
The Thunder Bay District Health Unit recorded six new cases today and 10 actives overall.
There were 694 new cases province-wide with 454 coming from those who are not fully vaccinated or have an unknown vaccination status.
