Another Drug Bust In Dryden

A 31 year old woman and two men have been charged by the Dryden OPP in a drug bust this week.

Police did a search of a home on Wednesday and seized some methamphetamine, fentanyl, buprenorphine, and other items associated with drug trafficking.

Police also found a firearm and some ammunition.

Seven charges have been laid against the woman including:

  • Unauthorized possession of a prohibited or restricted firearm
  • Knowledge of Unauthorized Possession of Firearm
  • Possession of prohibited or restricted firearm with ammo
  • Failure to comply with release order
  • Possession of a Schedule I Substance X2
  • Possession of a Schedule I substance for the purpose of Trafficking

She’s been remanded into custody.

The two men face possession charges and have been released.

The Sioux Lookout OPP and the OPP’s Emergency Response Team also assisted with the investigation.
