It comes from the Kenora area.
However, officials are reporting a drop in active cases with eight on the books.
Ontario recorded 463 new cases, the lowest daily number seen in five weeks.
332 are in people who are not fully vaccinated or have an unknown vaccine status.
There were seven virus-related deaths.
