Another warning to be vigilant against fraudulent activity.
In late September, the Lac Seul Police Service received a letter from a woman claiming to be doing a research project for the University of Toronto Department of Biochemistry.
An investigation was launched with help from University of Toronto Campus Police and the letter was determined to be fabricated.
This week a 41 year old unidentified woman from Lac Seul First Nation was arrested and charged with making a forged document and using a forged document.
