Impaired Driver Caught Three Times In Sioux Lookout

Provincial Police in Sioux Lookout have arrested a repeat impaired driver.

Officers stopped a vehicle in the area of Wellington Street just before noon last Sunday for a Highway Traffic Act infraction.

Police say the driver failed a roadside test, followed by a breathalyzer test.

They discovered his license was already suspended and was he had yet to appear on two earlier impaired driving charges.

OPP say 28-year-old Nathaniel Quequish of North Caribou Lake faces three more charges.

The vehicle he was operating was seized and he was held in custody pending a bail hearing.
