Local COVID cases continue to go down.
The current 7-day positivity rate is 19.1%, compared to 20.7% on Friday.
The number of cases considered high-risk is also dropping with 138 now being reported.
There remains one active institutional outbreak.
In Ontario as a whole, there were no new deaths reported Monday, for the first time since last December.
