Four people are dead in a plane crash between Ignace and Sioux Lookout.
The Joint Rescue Coordination Centre-Trenton, Civil Air Search and Rescue Association and Ministry of Natural Resources responded to a report of an overdue aircraft Saturday morning.
Provincial Police in Sioux Lookout were notified around 7:45 a.m. and the wreckage was found in the Kukukus Lake area, just southeast of Sioux Lookout.
The identities of the four victims are not known at this time as family members still need to be notified.
The Transportation Safety Board has been notified.
