New Prospect in Dryden has taken the gold medal of the Grade 7/8 Intermediate basketball tournament that took place yesterday.
The tournament took place in Dryden, and New Prospect won the boys division with a triple overtime victory over St. Thomas Aquinas team 26-24.
In the girls division, St. Thomas Aquinas had two teams in the final.
Over ten teams competed in the one-day tournament.
