Charges Up Slightly For Dryden/Ignace Detachment

It was another steady week for Provincial Police in Dryden and Ignace.

A total of 368 calls for service were received, down slightly from the 375 recorded last week.

Charges laid went up by two with 123 under the Criminal Code and Highway Traffic Act reported.

Officers had to deal with 33 traffic complaints and responded to 12 motor vehicle collisions.

Police also received 6 domestic complaints and 3 family disputes.

-Bail Violations: 4
-Drug Offences: 4
-Domestic Occurrences: 6
-Mental Health Act: 11

-Motor Vehicle Collision: 12
-Police Assistance: 15
-Traffic Complaint: 33
