A reminder that criminal record checks are now available online.
Provincial Police across the region have moved away from in-person applications.
Constable Ron Fults says the cost of a criminal record check for employment purposes is $41.
He notes the OPP doesn’t charge for checks for volunteer purposes.
Fults adds the fee for a duplicate copy is $11 and if fingerprints are required there is an additional fee of $90.
