Raising awareness on World Down Syndrome Day!

On March 21 each year, colourful socks are the chosen attire in honour of World Down Syndrome Day.

The Lots of Socks campaign helps to raise awareness.

World Down Syndrome Day was founded in 2012 by the United Nations.

This particular day was chosen to represent the triplication of the 21st chromosome which causes Down Syndrome.
