A shortage of drivers is once again resulting in headaches for parents in Sioux Lookout.
SL53 and SL54 won’t be running today.
Drivers are still needed in Sioux Lookout, Red Lake, Ear Falls, Dryden, Kenora, and Sioux Narrows.
The Northwestern Ontario Student Services Consortium says bus operators offer free training, competitive wages, and signing bonuses.
Officials add no professional driving experience is needed.
The Consortium notes applicants must be at least 21 years of age, and having a valid Ontario G class license with a clean driving record.
