A weekend series win for the Red Lake Miners against the Kam River Fighting Walleye.
The Miners won the rubber match Sunday night at the Cochenour Arena with a 4-3 shootout victory.
It took 18 skaters to finally end the shootout with Austin Derzaph recording the winner.
Aiden Corbett, Quintyn Sidaway and R.J. Dickie scored in regulation.
Red Lake was outshot 43-29 by the Fighting Walleye.
Jack Osmond was sensational in net to puck up the victory.
The two wins on the weekend has moved the Miners 2 points behind Kam River for first.
