Winners of six straight and vaulting up to second in the SIJHL standings, the Ice Dogs have received Honourable Mention in the weekly Canadian Junior Hockey League rankings.
Dryden GM is seven points behind the league leading Kam River Fighting Walleye but have three games in hand.
The Fighting Walleye enter the week 19th in the national rankings.
The Ice Dogs host Fort Frances Friday and Saturday on family appreciation weekend.
