An individual has been charged with adult assault in Ignace.
The police responded to an incident on Carlson Drive on Saturday around 5:30 p.m.
With further investigation, a person involved was charged.
Police are not releasing any other information right now to protect the victim.
The accused has been released from custody and will appear in court in Dryden on July 15.
