A recall that will have you quickly checking your children’s bath toys.
If your child has the Zuru Robo Alive Junior Baby Shark toy, unfortunately, you’re going to have to take it away.
The plastic battery-operated toy looks like a small shark and comes in three colours yellow, blue and pink.
When placed in water it swims and sings a song, but there are concerns the fin could harm them.
Over 133, 000 were sold in Canada between 2019 and this year, but there have been no reports here of injuries.
In the United States, 12 children have been cut or suffered puncture wounds after falling or sitting on the toy.
The model number is 25282.
Health Canada says parents should throw the toy away or return it to the store where it was originally purchased.
Health Canada would like to remind Canadians to report any health or safety incidents related to the use of this product or any other consumer product or cosmetic by filling out the Consumer Product Incident Report Form.
