4 Charged After Constance Lake Drug Bust

Four people are facing charges after a drug bust in a northern First Nation.

Nishnawbe Aski Police Service seized $930 worth of methamphetamine, along with drug supplies, $190 in cash, and a firearm from a Constance Lake First Nation home on Thursday.

A 60-year-old man has appeared in court and remains in custody before his next court appearance on Monday.

Meanwhile a 49-year-old woman has been released after her first appearance in court, and is scheduled for a November court date.

A 34-year-old woman and 32-year-old man have been released with future court dates. (File Photo)
