Provincial Police say the driver of a truck hauling 95 cattle lost control of his vehicle on Highway 11/17 west of Sunshine Thursday.
The rig carrying the livestock rolled over and blocked the east bound lane for most of the day.
Police say the driver was not injured and 55 cattle survived the crash.
The highway has been re-opened in both directions.
