Retired teachers in the Dryden area have donated to a couple of worthy causes.
The presented a cheque for just $1,040 to the Dryden Food Bank.
The money was collected at the monthly luncheons of District 35 of the RTOERO this past year.
A donation was also made to the Dryden Museum to help with digitizing back copies of the Dryden Observer.
District 35 of the RTOERO represents any school board staff from Dryden, Sioux Lookout, Ignace, Machin, Red Lake and Ear Falls.
