Lake levels remain stable

Water levels appear to have stabilized on two of the districts larger bodies of water.

According to the Lake of the Woods Secretariat, levels on Lake of the Woods sit at 322.72 metres.

The average remained stable for the past week and is expected to decline by up to two centimetres next week, however this will prompt no changes to outflow.

Up at Lac Seul its a similar situation with levels remaining stable this week and an expected 2 centimetre drop next week.

That body of water currently sits at 356.09 metres.

Both lakes are listed in the 15th percentile level for this time of the year.
