An Angler from Indiana is lighter in the pocket book.
Mark Bugni has been fined $6,100 by the Minister of Natural Resources for a number of fishing violations.
Court heard that in August, Bugni and two other anglers were found on Lac Seul near Dryden with 23 Walleye in their possession, 17 over the legal limit.
Bugni has been fined for possessing the excess fish and for having fish which could not be measured of identified.
