The COVID test positivity rate continues to drop.

The Northwestern Health Unit’s latest update shows the rate at 11.1 per cent.

That’s down from 17.5 in the last report and 20.1 per cent two weeks ago.

Officials are reporting a slight increase in cases confirmed through PCR testing with 61, compared with 47 last week.

Seven are identified in the Rainy River District.

Four were in Fort Frances, with two in Atikokan and one identified in the Emo area.
