Despite a high to extreme fire hazard across Northwestern Ontario,
the Ministry of Natural Resources is still sending personnel to British
Columbia.
80-firerangers and 2 staff have left for Kelowna to help fight
wildfires in that province.
Back at home, 3 new forest fires were reported over the weekend, small
blazes in the Fort Frances and Kenora Districts.
The MNR is still urging caution with outdoor fires.
