It was 5-years ago Monday, the world changed for ever.
City workers, emergency personnel and members of the public gathered in
front of the Dryden Fire Hall Monday morning to remember the victims of 9-11.
Deputy Fire Chief Ken Kurz says some changes have occurred since that
