Dryden High School
The DHS swim team has practice Tuesday and Thursdays 7-8am at the rec center starting Tuesday, November 4th!
Wednesday, November 5th is picture retake day at DHS ~ students who would like a retake should bring their original portrait proof package to the photographer on that day.
This Thursday, November 6th. the DHS Eagles Football Team will travel to Winnipeg and play in their division final in the WHSFL. Game time is 4:00 at Princess Auto Stadium – home of the CFL Winnipeg Blue Bombers!
Coming up this Friday, November 7th……no classes as it will be a P.D. day.
The next ‘late start day’ for DHS students will not be until Wednesday, November 26th.
Sioux North High School
Coming up this afternoon, Monday November 3rd Confederation College representatives will be doing a presentation for Sioux North students at 1:45 in the cafe.
On Tuesday, November 4th, the Sioux North court sports teams in basketball and volleyball will be headed to Kenora for the NORWOSSA Championships. Good luck Warriors!
An honour roll breakfast will take place in the school café on Thursday, November 6th. The breakfast starts at 8am.
And Sioux North High School will be closed on Friday, November 7th as it will be a P.D. day!
Red Lake District High School
A reminder that Picture Day at the High School is tomorrow – Tuesday, November 3rd. Students will be called to Room 220.
Red Lake District High School will be hosting the NORWOSSA ‘A” Court Sports Playoffs in basketball and volleyball this Wednesday and Thursday – November 5th and 6th. Play begins at noon on Wednesday with the Senior Girls Basketball Semi-Final. On Thursday the action starts for the day at 8:30am with the Junior Girls Basketball Final.
No classes at Red Lake District High School on Friday, November 7th as it will be a P.D. Day.
Pelican Falls First Nations High School
Fall court sports action continues today (Monday, November 3rd) as the Pelican Falls Timberwolves host the Ignace Falcons teams in basketball and volleyball.
Monday, November 17th will be a late arrival day. Students to arrive at 10:10 in the morning.
Also of note for this month – Friday, November 21st, Student At Risk Reports will be issued.
Ignace School
Good luck to the Ignace Falcons today (Monday, November 3rd) as the Falcon court sports teams head to Pelican Falls to take on the Timberwolves!
A reminder that the Ignace Falcon store is live. It will stay open until November 16th. There are adult and youth options and a variety of price points!
Help support the Grade 7/8 Toronto Trip. Mom’s Pantry is due today, Monday Nov 3rd. Norcard/DFS is due Nov 11th.
Throwback Thursday is coming up this week – on November 6th.
….and no school for students on Friday, November 7th as it will be a PD Day for Ignace School.
