OPP say a missing Fort Frances woman who was found safe and sound yesterday actually became lost on Rainy Lake in her houseboat.
Police say Karon Kaminski was last seen on Friday and was reported missing Tuesday after she failed to show up for work.
Following a search by law enforcement officials on both sides of the border, Kaminski was found after being spotted by a Voyageurs National Park air patrol over the south arm of Rainy Lake (near Brule Island).
Kaminski told police she had safely secured her houseboat to a private dock on the lakeshore after becoming lost.
