Abattoir Closer to Reality in Emo

Proponents of an Abattoir in Emo says construction will begin at the end of this month.
Funding for the $2-million project is place and a contract has been awarded.
President Steve Loshaw says it’s been a long time coming.
When it opens, the facility will employ two or three part-time employees and will handle beef, pork, bison and elk.
