Help is available for those affected by the layoffs at Weyerhaeuser in Dryden.
An Action Centre run by the Labour Adjustment Group is now open on Earl Avenue.
Co-Ordinator David Durance says they act as a starting point for those looking to move on with their careers and lives.
Peer support and financial counceling are among the services offered.
The Centre is located at 30 Earl Avenue and is open 8-5, Monday-Friday.
