School Boards across Northwestern Ontario have a better idea of how
they will be able to spend extra money they were promised last week.
Dean Carrie is the Superintendant of Finance for the Keewatin-Patricia
District School Board and say they actually did quite well with the new
provincial funding.
Carrie says the Board will receive an extra $630,000 this
year and some of that money will go towards rural and remote schools in
the District.
