Additional Funds for Policing and Social Programs

The Provincial Government is investing in area communities.
Minister of Northern Development Michael Gravelle says it’s over and above what they normally get under the Ontario Municipal Partnership Fund
Sioux Lookout’s share of funding for policing and social programs comes in at over $108,000.
Kenora is the only other community in our area benefiting, with nearly $697,000.
