Alcohol Ban At Some Provincial Parks This Weekend

As we head into the Victoria Day Long Weekend, Ontario Parks has some reminders.
Spokesperson Bruce Van Staalduinen recommends inspecting all your camping gear to prevent any problems once you get to the campsite.
In addition there is an alcohol ban on some Provincial Parks such as Blue Lake, which starts this evening and will end at midnight on May 20th.
The purpose of the ban is due to rowdy behavior that has taken place in the past, and ensure that everyone enjoys the park.
Majority of parks in Northwestern Ontario are open starting today, including Aaron Park.
