An alcohol ban takes effect today in provincial parks.
The OPP says the zero tolerance policy on alcohol kicks in 10 days before the start of the Victoria Day weekend.
Anyone found with alcohol within the parks will face charges and automatic eviction, and cannot enter another provincial park for 72-hours.
Park wardens have the authority of a provincial police officer when performing duties within a provincial park.
