All Highways Open; Will Warm Up Sunday

The falling snow mixed with warmer temperatures is creating extremely slippery roads Friday morning.

The Trans Canada is open across northwestern Ontario and Manitoba, however conditions to the west are reported as very icy.

Bill Laidlaw from Signal Weather Services says we could see between 5-10 centimeters of snow when all is said and done today.

Laidlaw says it will be sunny but chilly on Saturday, but he expects things to warm up on Sunday.
