Amazon Scam Targets Local Resident

The CKDR Newsroom has been advised of another scam in Dryden, this time through the Amazon website.
The resident was notified about an “apparent” order of a television, with a price tag of over 1-thousand-dollars.
In order to find out what actually happened, the person must click a link, which allows a virus to target the computer.
This is a complete scam, and if you get a similar email, delete it.
