American Fined For Building Cabin

An Iowa man has been fined $2,000 and told to remove his cabin near the English River, about 20-kilometres east of Ear Falls.
Court heard that Dan Dupfer of Cedar Rapids was involved in the construction of a cabin on property that he was part owner of.
However, Dupfer neglected to contact the proper authorities before starting work and he didn’t obtain a permit.
